Job Description
– Inputting and maintaining all schedules with high attention to detail.
– Review and redline artiste and performance agreements and other commercial documents.
– Draft agreements and short form addenda using company templates.
– Prepare clean execution copies and document completeness.
– Create contract summaries for internal teams, highlighting key terms, payment triggers, deliverables, and risk areas.
– Track contract obligations after signature and termination mechanics.
– Partner with finance on payment schedules, withholding and invoicing logic, and documentation needed for settlement workflows.
– Support dispute management by collecting facts and documents, drafting internal chronologies, coordinating with external counsel, and assisting with settlement or remediation steps.
– Maintain disciplined contract filing and version control, including standardized naming and audit ready documentation practices.
– Support corporate administration tasks as assigned, such as maintaining corporate records, assisting with basic filings, and preparing internal governance documentation.
– Coordinate selected public authority and permit-related workflows and permit related workflows, including correspondence support and tracking regulatory touchpoints relevant to live events.
– Help improve templates, playbooks, and contract processes to reduce turnaround time while strengthening risk consistency.
Skills/Requirements
– Interest and passion for the entertainment and concert business
– Strong understanding of the music industry.
– University Diploma required (Master’s Degree or Above in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Korea or Taiwan)
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken
– At least 5 year working experience
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
– Able to work as a team
