Responsibilities
– Collating relevant show information required for ticket builds
– Coordinate ticket builds with venues and ticketing companies
– Scheduling on-sale timelines and monitoring the on-sale process
– Managing ticket inventory and distributing regular and accurate ticket sales updates
– Collating and processing complimentary tickets and guest lists
– Maintaining internal tour, venue and ticketing databases
– Working with other departments (marketing and production) as required
– Assist Promoter and Tour Operations managers as required with scaling and pricing
– Assist with the delivery of VIP packages
– Where required, assist with box office management on show days or with festivals
Skills/Experience
– Minimum two years’ experience working in a ticketing role.
– Strong general computer literacy across various platforms, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working familiarity with social media applications.
– Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to track and manage files, archiving and spreadsheets.
– Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment with competing priorities, stakeholders and firm deadlines.
– Ability to work effectively to deadlines, whether working independently or in a team. Exceptional attention to detail.
