Kaohsiung District Court Issues Payment Order in Favour of Kino White Touring Korea Inc.

Kino White Touring Korea Inc. announces that the Kaohsiung District Court, Taiwan (臺灣高雄地方法院) has issued a Payment Order (支付命令) in Case No. 114年度司促字第16195號, dated 13 October 2025.

Under the Payment Order, the Court ordered Pinmu Chung International Limited Company (品沐川國際股份有限公司) to pay Kino White Touring Korea Inc.: USD 32,500, together with interest at 5% per annum from 11 October 2024 until full payment, plus NTD 500 (Taiwan Dollars 500) in procedural costs. Additionally, the court’s compulsory enforcement proceedings incurred NTD 8,681 (Taiwan Dollars 8,681) in enforcement costs.

Kino White Touring Korea Inc. respects the judicial process and will continue to take the appropriate legal steps to protect its lawful rights and interests.

Kino White Touring Korea Inc. 特此公告，臺灣高雄地方法院已就第 114年度司促字第16195號案件作成支付命令，日期為2025年10月13日。

依該支付命令，法院命品沐川國際股份有限公司向 Kino White Touring Korea Inc. 給付：美金32,500元（USD 32,500），並自2024年10月11日起至清償日止，按年利率5%計算利息，另應賠償程序費用新臺幣500元 (NTD 500)。此外，在法院的強制執行程序中，另產生 新臺幣8,681元 (NTD 8,681） 的強制執行程序費用。

Kino White Touring Korea Inc. ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ศาลแขวงเกาสง ไต้หวัน (臺灣高雄地方法院) ได้ออก คำสั่งชำระเงิน (Payment Order / 支付命令) ในคดีหมายเลข 114年度司促字第16195號 ลงวันที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2025

ตามคำสั่งดังกล่าว ศาลมีคำสั่งให้ Pinmu Chung International Limited Company (品沐川國際股份有限公司) ชำระเงินให้แก่ Kino White Touring Korea Inc. จำนวน USD 32,500 พร้อมดอกเบี้ยในอัตรา 5% ต่อปี นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ตุลาคม 2024 จนกว่าจะชำระเสร็จสิ้น รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในกระบวนการจำนวน 500 ดอลลาร์ไต้หวัน (NTD 500) นอกจากนี้ ในกระบวนการบังคับคดีของศาล ยังมีค่าดำเนินการบังคับคดี จำนวน 8,681 ดอลลาร์ไต้หวัน (NTD 8,681)
